    Product Description
    Fenix HM65R NITERAY - The Ultimate Evolution of a Proven Headlamp. *** PRE-ORDER *** DUE 28-07 ***

The Fenix HM65R V2 NITERAY is our UK-only edition of the all-new HM65R V2. More output. More control. More comfort. More reasons to upgrade.

A picture paints a thousand words, and the outstanding build quality of the NITERAY is evident in the images, and is unmistakably Fenix. Its lightweight magnesium body and rugged industrial-quality construction have been engineered for dependable performance when you need it most.

The original Fenix HM65R earned a reputation as a rugged, high-performance rechargeable headlamp trusted by thousands of outdoor enthusiasts, professionals and industrial users alike. Now, the HM65R V2 NITERAY takes that proven platform to the next level.

Developed with the factory to our own specification, the NITERAY combines the significant advances of the new HM65R V2 platform with additional light levels and the exceptional comfort and practicality of Fenix's SPORT click adjustable headband. The result is not simply a replacement for the original HM65R, but a carefully developed and complete evolution.

More Light Levels. More Control. More Possibilities.

The NITERAY delivers an impressive 2200 lumens with a powerful 230 metre beam, combining a high-performance spotlight with a broad, even floodlight for exceptional versatility.

    You have:

    • 5 spotlight brightness levels
    • 4 floodlight brightness levels
    • Multiple, user selectable combined spotlight/floodlight settings
    • 6 versatile red light brightness levels

Compared with the standard HM65R V2, we have added additional output options including 350-lumen spotlight, 50 lumen floodlight, and 3 lumen & 85 lumen red-light settings.

We have also tuned in a practical 14-hour work mode, combining a broad 150-lumen floodlight with a 25-lumen spotlight. This provides bright close-up illumination without unnecessarily dazzling the user, while still offering useful reach when looking away from the immediate work area.

For discreet illumination, the broad 3- lumen red light mode provides subtle light with exceptionally long run time — ideal when preserving night vision or minimising disturbance is important.

That means more choice, more precise control and more useful run times — whether you need maximum power, broad close-range illumination, discreet red light or a practical setting for hours of continuous use.

The NITERAY includes Fenix's ultra-reliable SPORT click-adjustable headband, providing quick and precise comfort adjustment while on the move. It is ideal for anglers, hikers, runners, other outdoor enthusiasts and anyone wearing a headlamp for extended periods.

For runners and others who prefer an over-head band, the SPORT system combined with the over-head band provides additional stability and long-duration comfort. Highly reflective lettering helps maintain visibility at night, while a powerful whistle is incorporated into the headband for added emergency safety.

For caving, industrial and other demanding applications, a standard buckle-adjustable around-head band is also included in the package.

Built for the Outdoors. Ready for Work.

With its lightweight magnesium body, rugged industrial-quality construction and superb feature set, the Fenix HM65R V2 NITERAY is designed for a broad range of outdoor activities, search and rescue, building trades and demanding industrial use.

      Battery specifications:

      Fenix ARB-L18 Series 18650* 3 .6 V -Recommended √
      Non-rechargeable Battery (Li-ion) CR123A** 3.0 V -Usable √
      Other Rechargeable Battery (Li-ion) 16340** 3.6 V - Usable √
      Other Rechargeable Battery (Li-ion) 18650* 3.6 V - Caution!

      Warning:

      1. Do not use batteries without any protection board.
2.Do not mix batteries of different types.

      * 18650 Li-ion batteries are powerful cells designed for commercial applications and must be treated with caution and handled with care. Using low-quality batteries or mishandling batteries (such as short-circuiting or overheating) could lead to combustion and jeopardize the safety of users and property. Any adverse effects resulting from the use of low-quality batteries are not covered by any Fenix warranty or liability. Using quality batteries with circuit protection will reduce the potential for combustion or explosion.

**For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the included battery. When using CR123A or 16340 batteries, do not charge them to ensure safety. With these batteries, the headlamp will operate with fewer brightness levels and shorter runtime.

      Battery replacement:

Unscrew the battery cover and insert the battery in accordance with the polarity marks, then screw the battery cover back on.

      Intelligent over-heat protection:

The headlamp will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the headlamp reaches a temperature of 55°C/131°F or above, it will automatically step down to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops below 55°C/131°F, the headlamp will gradually recall the pre-set output level.

      Low voltage warning:

When the voltage level drops below the pre-set level, the headlamp is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until the lowest output is reached. When this happens in the lowest output, one of the battery level indicators blinks to remind users to recharge or replace the battery in a timely manner.
*This only works with a Fenix ARB-L18 Series 18650 battery.

      Headband assembly:

Notice: The headband is factory assembled and ready to use right out of the package.
Rotate the dial clockwise to tighten the headband, and counter-clockwise to loosen it. When the headband is loosened to its maximum limit, rotating the dial in either direction will tighten it.

      Usage and maintenance:

      • Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage to the headlamp and will void the warranty.
      • Fenix recommends using an excellent quality battery.
      • If the headlamp will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery, or the lamp could be damaged by electrolyte leakage.
      • Turn off and lock the headlamp or remove the battery to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.
      • Long-term use can result in O-ring wear. To maintain a proper water seal, replace the O-ring with an approved spare.
      • Periodic cleaning of the battery contacts improves the lamp's performance as dirty contacts may cause the lamp to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate.

      Problems:

      A: The headlamp is locked.
Solution: Press and hold both switches at the same time for 3 seconds to unlock the headlamp.
      B: Low battery level.
Solution: Recharge or replace the battery.
C: The contact or contact point of the battery or headlamp is dirty.
Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol. If the above methods don't work, please contact the distributor.
