Fenix E04R Black: Fenix E04R is a combined LED torch, red torch and signalling device that can be clipped to a hat, pocket, backpack, belt loop etc. It's an ideal Police back-up/duty torch, patrol torch, camping torch, rear warning light for cycling, running etc, and for use as an emergency marker.
The LED mini torch provides 4 white light brightness levels from 1 to 300 lumens, and 2 red light levels. Colour LED's in the top panel give multiple flashing options for signalling your presence and emergency use. In the top panel you'll also find the operating switches, one for the torch and one for the multi-colour LED panel.

Fenix HM65R-T V2.0 Operation:
On/off:
Press and hold either of the two switches for 0.5 seconds to turn the corresponding lamp on/off.
Mode switching:
With the lamp switched off, press and hold either of the two switches for 0.5 seconds to reach the corresponding mode. White light mode and warm light mode cannot be operated at the same time. Press and hold either of the two switches for 1.2 seconds to enter the SOS mode.
In SOS mode, press and hold the white light switch for 1.2 seconds to shift to the Low output of white light mode. In SOS mode, press and hold the warm white light switch for 1.2 seconds to shift to the Eco output of warm white light mode.
Output selection:
White light mode: With the lamp switched on, single click the white light switch to cycle through Low→Med→High.
Warm white light mode: With the lamp switched on, single click the warm white light switch to cycle through Eco→Low→Med→High.
In white light mode, single click the warm white light switch to shift to the Eco output of warm white light mode. In warm white light mode, single click the white light switch to shift to the Low output of white light mode.
Lockout Function:
Lock: With the lamp switched off, simultaneously press and hold the two switches for 3 seconds, the lamp will blink 4 times on the Eco output of warm white light mode to indicate locked status.
Unlock: With the lamp locked, simultaneously press the two switches for 3 seconds, the lamp will be activated with 4 blinks and activates on the Eco output of warm white light mode.
In locked status, clicking or pressing the switches will activate 4 blinks on the Eco output of warm white light mode to indicate locked status.
When the charging cable is plugged in, the lamp unlocks automatically in switched-off status.
Fenix E04R Operation:
On/Off:
Press and hold the main light switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on/off the White light mode. Double click the main light switch to turn on the Red light mode. Press and hold the main light switch for 0.5 seconds to turn off the Red light mode. Press and hold the side light switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on/off the Side light mode.
Mode Switching:
White light mode: With the light turned on, double click the main light switch to enter the Red light mode, and then double click the main light switch again to return to the White light mode. Press and hold the side light switch for 0.5 seconds to enter the Side light mode.
Red light mode: Press and hold the side light switch for 0.5 seconds to enter the Side light mode.
Side light mode: With the light turned on, press and hold the main light switch to enter the White light mode; double click the main light switch to enter the Red light mode.
Output Selection:
White light mode: With the light turned on, single click the main light switch to cycle through Moonlight→Low→Med→High. Red light mode: With the light turned on, single click the main light switch to cycle through Low→High. Side light mode: With the light turned on, single click the side light switch to cycle through Red & blue flash→Red flash→Blue flash→RGB pulse→RGB chase.
Lock/Unlock:
With the light turned off, press and hold the main light switch and the side light switch simultaneously for 3 seconds. The light will blink twice in the Moonlight output of White light mode before entering the locked status. Press and hold the two switches simultaneously for 3 seconds again, the light will unlock and enter the Moonlight output of White light mode. Intelligent Memory Circuit The flashlight automatically memorizes the last selected output in White light/Side light mode. When the flashlight is turned off and turned on again, the previously used output of White light/Side light mode will be recalled.
Charging:
Turn off the flashlight, then connect the USB Type-C end of the charging cable to the side charging port of the flashlight. The indicator will display red while charging and will turn green when fully charged. Once charging is completed, be sure to unplug the charging cable. Power specifications:

Note:
1. With the light turned off, the normal charging time is approximately 2 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 5 V/1 A charging adapter. 2. All modes and outputs can be activated while charging, except for the High output of White light mode.
Battery Level Indication:
With the flashlight turned off, single click either switch to check the battery level, the indicator will last for 3 seconds. Green light on: saturated 100% - 85% Green light flashes: sufficient 85% - 50% Red light on: poor 50% - 25% Red light flashes: critical 25% - 1%
Intelligent Overheat Protection:
The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the flashlight reaches of 60℃/140°F or above, it will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops below 60℃/140°F, the flashlight will gradually recall the pre-set output level. If you want the flashlight to continue working at high output levels, make sure to manually reselect those output levels as needed.
Low-voltage Warning:
When the voltage level drops below the pre-set level, the flashlight is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until Moonlight output is reached. When this happens in Moonlight output, the indicator blinks red to remind you to recharge the battery in a timely manner. To ensure normal use, the flashlight will not turn off automatically, and the indicator will keep blinking red till the battery runs out.
Usage and Maintenance:
◎Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage to the flashlight and will void the warranty. ◎Lock the flashlight to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation. ◎The flashlight may flicker, shine intermittently, or even fail to illuminate for the following reasons:
Problems:
A: Poor battery level. Solution: Recharge the battery. B: The flashlight is locked. Solution: Press and hold the main light switch and the side light switch simultaneously for 3 seconds to unlock the flashlight. If the above methods don't work, please contact your authorised distributor.
